Refund Policy

  • To cancel your subscription, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will ensure that your subscription is cancelled promptly.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
  • Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
  • If your item is damaged, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
  • Product condition should be new
  • There is no restocking fee
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
