At Superlements, we connect customers with independent wellness brands through our online marketplace. While we manage the platform, each vendor listed on our site is responsible for fulfilling and dispatching their own orders.

This Delivery Policy explains how shipping works, what customers can expect, and who to contact for delivery-related queries.

1. Order Fulfilment

All orders placed on the Superlements Marketplace are fulfilled directly by the vendor selling the product. This means:

Vendors package and dispatch their products independently.
Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor’s location, processing time, and chosen courier.

You can find specific delivery details (processing time, shipping methods, etc.) on each vendors product listing page.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on:

The vendor’s dispatch schedule
The shipping method selected
Your location

Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout, but please note they are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive them in separate parcels, and they may arrive at different times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are set by each vendor and shown clearly at checkout.
Some vendors may offer free UK shipping or shipping thresholds for discounts.
International shipping (if available) will be offered based on the vendor’s individual shipping policy.

4. Tracking & Dispatch Notifications

Vendors will provide tracking information where applicable.
You’ll receive email updates when your item is marked as dispatched.
Not all deliveries may include tracking, depending on the vendor’s shipping method.

5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

Check the dispatch confirmation email for tracking info (if available).
Contact the vendor directly using the contact link in your order confirmation.

6. Responsibility

Superlements is an ecommerce marketplace platform and we do not store, handle, or ship any products ourselves. Delivery responsibility lies entirely with the individual vendor you purchased from.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Superlements and vendors cannot take responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
