If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive them in separate parcels, and they may arrive at different times.

Some vendors may offer free UK shipping or shipping thresholds for discounts.

Superlements is an ecommerce marketplace platform and we do not store, handle, or ship any products ourselves. Delivery responsibility lies entirely with the individual vendor you purchased from.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Superlements and vendors cannot take responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
