If you believe your product is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. To assist in resolving the issue quickly, include clear photos of the product defect wherever possible. All returns must be confirmed via email before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping returns. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
