All UK orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.   Refunds For damaged or faulty items we will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
