Refund Policy
We offer a Risk Free Guarantee - All customers can return products within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be delivered back to our Warehouse within the 14 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused - or slightly used (for our Yemeni Sidr Honey) and must be returned in their original packaging. You must contact us to be granted a refund/exchange authorisation by emailing us at info@sweethealth.co.uk.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return request is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item - this will include a returns form which you must include in package when returning their items.
Please include the returns form with any returns to ensure your refund/exchange can be processed as quickly as possible.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48hrs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Purchases made at Full Price, In sale, or with a discount code will be refunded, purchases made with a gift card will have their balance returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refund can take up to 5-7 days to reach your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to process an exchange, send us an email at info@sweethealth.co.uk
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
