We’re sorry that you didn’t love your Monkey + Moon products. We want you to enjoy your chemical free mouthcare experience as much as possible. If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email with your name, order number and the reason(s) why it didn’t work for you at hello@monkeyandmoon.com Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.
